These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Brands On Tour website and services. By engaging with us, you agree to these terms.
We provide video content creation and branding services for founders, entrepreneurs, and businesses.
- 50% non-refundable deposit is required at booking
- Remaining 50% is due on the day of filming
- Payments are made by bank transfer as per invoice
Late payments may cause delays or additional fees.
- Cancellations 7+ days before filming may be rescheduled
- Cancellations within 7 days forfeit the deposit
- Rescheduling is subject to availability and written confirmation
Brands On Tour retains rights to content created. Clients are granted marketing usage rights. We may use content in our portfolio unless opted out in writing.
Clients must:
- Provide accurate details
- Secure filming permissions
- Approve content within given timelines
We are not liable for indirect losses, delays beyond control, or technical issues outside filming. Liability is capped at service fee paid.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
